Cannot select some filters from filters/project picker in gadgets

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to jira.atlassian.com
      2. Add filter results gadget
      3. In project/filters input type My JIRA 4.0.2 Bugs
      4. If you are in the jira-dev group you should see a filter named the same as your input. However it does not appear.

      note: This affects all gadgets that have filter/project picker.
