Can't change resolutions without re-opening an issue

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Would like to be able to change a resolution before closing an issue.

      e.g. we have a resolution of "Awaiting Validation" and it would be nice, if the validation is successful, to change this to Fixed before we close the issue.

      Ideally we would like to be able to add statuses - I will raise this in a separate issue following this one.
