Dates should be rendered using a colour from the look and feel configuration

Problem:

Dates always show up in blue, instead of a colour in theme with the Look and Feel configuration. This can cause some clashes.

We should define a look and feel item for dates, or simply use one of the existing ones, so that they are consistent with other UI elements.
