Problem:

Setting the link colour to anything but the default changes the link colour in regular JIRA pages. However, links that appear inside Gadgets on the dashboard remain the default link colour.

Note to devs:

When reproducing this issue, make sure JIRA is not caching the CSS, otherwise you won't see the problem! (i.e. Turn dev mode off)
