      Could you please review the text on the Introduction Gadget for spelling, grammar, making sense?

      There are four variants of text:

      1. User is admin and there are projects configured
      2. User is admin and there are NOT projects configured
      3. User is NOT admin and there are projects configured
      4. User is NOT admin and there are NOT projects configured
