Add 'Set Fix Version to Parent Fix Version' to the action menu for subtasks

Stories typically have a lot of subtasks. When I move a story from one iteration to the next this means changing the fix version. What I then need to do is go through each sub task and update the fix version. I know I can do this with greenhopper but sometimes I am not using GH for this level of planning.

As an alternative to GH it would be great to add a new item to the actin menu you see on the parent issue for each sub task. This new item syncs the fix version of the selected sub task with the fix version of the current parent issue.
