ViewIssue doesn't parse URL correctly when browsing without cookies

      I browse without cookies enabled.
      I searched for all bugs containing the word cookies. I clicked on the first one:
      http://jira.atlassian.com/secure/ViewIssue.jspa?key=JRA-1704
      On the linked bug list, there was JRA-1432. The URL which was pointing to it was:
      http://jira.atlassian.com/secure/ViewIssue.jspa?key=JRA-1432;jsessionid=JFFFFCCMEEJM

      I clicked on it, and there was a failure as ViewIssue interpreted the bug number to be JRA-1432;jsessionid=JFFFFCCMEEJM instead of JRA-1432.
