on "General Config" screen, change "JQL Auto-complete Disabled" to just "JQL Auto-complete" (as per "Issue Picker Auto-complete")

      It seems a little confusing to have two such similar options, but have one of them including the word "Disabled" (please see screenshot)

      Also, maybe consider moving the "JQL Auto-complete" option higher up, so that it's immediately below "Issue Picker Auto-complete"?
