add documentation on JQL "autocomplete"

      Some points:

      • Auto complete feature need some love in documentation.
      • We support auto complete for system fields and custom field(planned)
      • It will be good idea to take a demo of the feature and then document it.
      • User picker field will show first 15 entries and it will see relevant values as user type values.
      • Same for filters.
