Can't add custom field provided by a v2 plugin because of dependency on FieldVisibilityBean.

    Description

      1. Install this modified JIRA labels plugin into ${jira.home}/plugins/installed-plugins.
      2. Try to add a custom field.

      The errors in the log file won't occur if I remove pluginsVersion="2" from the plugin descriptor and install the plugin jar into WEB-INF/lib.
