1. Log-in to JIRA as user A.
2. Save a filter and don't share it with other users.
3. Add a gadget "Filter Results" and in the preferences select the filter for data.
4. Share the dashboard with everybody.
5. Login as user B. Search and view the user A dashboard.

Result
1. It give error message "Unfortunately, one or more of your preferences are now unavailable. Please update your preferences, or remove gadget by clicking delete from the title bar above."

Expected:
1. Error message should be user friendly. This message is just confusing user. We can message like you don't have permission to view the data or the filter showing the data is not shared.
