      Steps:.
      1. Launch JIRA 4.0(QA build 159)
      2. Go to "Browse Project" page and try to view the drop down menu item for "Reports" and "Preset filters".

      Results:
      1. The styling for these two drop downs are all broken.(snapshot enclosed)

      Expected:
      1. The styling should be there.
