Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to JIRA. Click "Browse Project" link.
2. Click on "RoadMap" tab.
3. It shows all the versions and a progress bar showing resolved/unresolved issues.
4. Move the mouse on the start and end of the bar

Result:
1. At the start of the bar, the tooltip says "Unresolved issues-%.." and just near the end the tooltip change to "Click to view issues for version".

Expected:
1. The tooltip should be same across the whole progress bar
