    Description

      When copying contents of logs and things that are very wide and which appear best inside of one of the advanced formatting tags, there is no horizontal scrollbar which stretches the entire page for that issue. It would be nice if it would just scroll on the panel and leave the rest of the page unaffected. I am seeing this behavior in both IE7 and FF3.
