Issue Panels (Comments, Logworks, Change History, etc) Paging & Truncating

it will be great to have Comments, Logworks, Change History etc paged with an options of how many item per paged just like Activity Stream Plugin
in our company the issu page become very long, especially when showing comment panel, since comments has been our best practice for issue related communication
also we have problem when sometimes the comments are too long (many lines), we think that to have it truncated by default and give a link to show completely will be very usefull
