There is a discrepancy in the way a few tabs l&f.
In particular:

• Browse Project: Summary
• Browse Project: Issues
• Browse Project: Roadmap/Changelog

The main differences are:

• Linking - links goes different pages
• Linking - different areas are clickable
• Highlighting - sometimes we zebra, sometimes we don't.
• Highlighting - sometimes we highlight on hover, sometimes we don't

Would be awesome if you could help us out making sure all of this is uniform.
