Work log for internal eyes only shows up on the time tracking bar under time spent

      when I log the time that I spent on an issue and choose to make it visible for only a certain user group, all other users can still see the time spent on the time tracking bar - time spent.
      I think when I report time that I work on an issue as eg "internal eyes only" it should stay internal.
