When you click on a report in the browse project screen, the project does not get pre-populated in the filter picker on the next screen. This was probably broken in 3.13 with the new filter picker. The link even puts the selectedProjectId into the URL.

It's really an annoyance for the user who has to select the project on that screen even though they just navigated from a particular Browse Project screen.
