Windows installer doesn't allow to install JIRA service as windows service on Windows 2008

    Description

      If one uses the JIRA standalone exe installer to install JIRA on Windows 2008, the installer doesn't present an option to configure and install the JIRA windows service during the installation process.

      However, the JIRA service can be successfully installed by manual execution of service.bat install.
