Create issue screen shows incorrect error message when not logged in and login required

      I have a bookmark to create an issue on EACJ:

      https://extranet.atlassian.com/jira/secure/CreateIssue!default.jspa

      At the moment, when I go there and I'm not logged in, I get the following message:

      "You have not selected a valid project to create an issue in."

      It should be "You do not have permission to view this page" – the normal permission denied page.
