Text-Search using Wildcards and German Umlauts does not work

    Description

      Searching for "Übersetzung" gets the correct results, but searching for "Übersetz*" does not return any result.
      Happens in Quick Search and in Filter.

      We use Enterprise Edition, Version: 3.12.3-#302)
