Currently by the UI it's only possible to log work done on an issue using the 'log work done' issue link under issue operations. In some instances it may be convenient to be able to log the amount of work done on an issue at the resolve stage, to save time. Currently if you add the time tracking field to the resolved screen, only the 'estimated work remaining' can be entered.
