Document about instaling JIRA on Websphere 6.x

      Our documentation seems to be a bit outdated regarding to installation JIRA on Websphere 6.x.

      The latest version mentioned in the docs is 5.1 and the page for Websphere 6.x has rather limited info; for ref http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/latest/servers/websphere6.html .

      While testing JIRA on Websphere 6.x we could also verify if WebSphere Express 6.x will do the job.
