UrlRewriteFilter not working correctly on WebSphere 6.1.0.5

    • Red Hat Linux 3.0 with WebSphere 6.1.0.5 & Oracle10g database

      It appears that UrlRewriteFilter not working correctly which causes some style sheets and javascripts not getting downloaded, e.g.
      /jira/s/186/1/_/includes/js/calendar/calendar.js
      /jira/styles/combined.css
      The symptom of this is that the top bar that shows user name and links is not visible and also the browser complains that Calendar and Ajax are undefined
