Security Level Field does not sort its contents

      I have set up about 50 groups, each corresponding to a customer. The idea is to allow the customer to see all the support tickets related to them, not just the ones that individual might have reported. Unfortunately, these 50 customer names do not display in alphabetical order which makes it extremely difficult to find the customer quickly.
