Logout is not handled properly between Websphere 6.x and IIS server (500 Error)

      It's been reported that IIS ISAPI Websphere plugin causes log-out problems in JIRA with Websphere 6.1. When a user clicks the log-out button, they'll get a 500 error.

      Connecting directly to Websphere avoids the problem.

      In the JIRA logs, the following appears:
