Logout is not handled properly between Websphere 6.x and Apache HTTPd server (500 Error)

      Several users have reported an error 500 when logging out. The problem appears to be related to Websphere 6.0 in conjunction with Apache HTTPd, although this is not yet confirmed. In at least one instance of the problem, connecting directly to the app server remedies the problem.
