Exclusive Jira permission for External System Import

      I would like to have in Jira a special permission to give to someone the right of import data from a CSV file to a specific project without give him a Jira Administration permission.

            Unfortunately, I do not have a date for the dellivery of this feature. It is definitely not planned for the next 2 releases.
