Hey Man ,
I think it's Pretty Nice if we have a feature like Escalation
when we use escalation , when an Issue , dont resoleved in a specified Time , Assinee will never see newer Issues in his Projects , ( all data only saved in DB ) and Assignee should complete task for receiving new Issues ,

this feature let us be sure for finishing an issue in specified time ( or some near Time ) this is really a nice feature
some open source application like OTRS ( www.OTRS.org ) used this feature ,
