Allow Sharing A Filter With Specific User(s)

It would be helpful to allow users to share a Filter with a specific user or users. We have a confluence integration account in order to display shared filters in Confluence without people exposing their personal passwords. Right now they have to share will all users in order for the confluence user to have access to the filter. If we could share just with the confluence user then it would make the interface cleaner for filters that don't apply to everyone.
