I would like the project select list to always default to NO value at the creation of issue. I want that the user choose systematiccally the project for which he want to create an issue.

In my case, at the 1st connexion to JIRA in the morning, the default project select in the list, for an issue creation, is the 1st one in the list occured a lot of problem. This first project receives a lot of issues not for him.

Thank to implement this issue as soon as possible. I know how many issues you have, and how many are very urgent, but this one is very urgent for us.
