We would like to be able to edit the date/time stamp when we edit comments. Sometimes we don't have time to add a comment on the day the action took place. If the comment is made a few days later, there could be other comments in the sequence of comments and then the comment we are entering causes confusion because the action appears to be out of sequence of what actually took place. We'd like the ability to edit the date/time stamp of the comment so that we can maintain historical integrity of actions that took place on the issue.
