It would be very helpful if another field was created - with is only visible by authorized groups - with a name such as "Issues created by User" ,"Related Issues" or "Outstanding Issues created by Reporter" that will display all the current issues created by a Reporter that are still Open/Outstanding.

The field could be hidden to all except permitted groups; for instance only visible by "atlassian-staff".

It is useful to keep track of all issues created by users that require assistance from different parties and boost awareness between the parties involved.
