Manual mail queue flush causes broken image links in HTML e-mails

    Description

      Images/emoticons (put in by wiki renderer) in the HTML e-mails are missing/broken when e-mails are manually flushed from the mail queue.

      This happens due to the fact that a request object is present and base url is not used to create url for these images. It the e-mails are sent automatically by the mailing service the images appear correctly.
