Search User fields (eg. reporter, assignee) by Role

      At the moment when searching a user field (assignee, reporter, user customfield) you can specify - No *, Current User, Specify User, Specify Group.

      It would be nice if you could search by a role... Show me all issues that are currently assigned to Testers.

            That would be a very neat functionality and consistent with the already available function to search for assignees etc. in specific groups.

            We are using a lot of queries for issues assigned to testers and devs, and for this we either have to use groups in each project (against the recommendation to use roles...) or use explicitly user names in the queries, which is very hard to maintain accurately.

            Being able to search by assignee or reported in specific project roles would make this work much better and easier.
