File names in attachments are truncated just before the ";" character

      The extension is also lost but the file contents is ok.
      I saw some links with other issues but could not find exactly the same issue: JRA-6141, JRA-5481 ... possible others

      As a requirement I would state:

      1. The system should allow to attach any file to Jira
      2. any file that is valid for the operating system should also be valid for Jira
