Townsend Analytics (TAL) requires the ability to change Standard Issue Types to Sub-Task Issue Types. We have multiple requests from our users. TAL receives bug reports and enhancement & new feature requests from multiple groups and individuals within those groups for our numerous software offerings. Our Project Management Organization tries to consolidate these bug reports and enhancement & new feature requests by grouping them under different themes. With the ability to change Standard Issue Types to Sub-Task Issue Types, we can create an Issue with a theme and put the various items under the newly created Issue as Sub-Tasks.
