When you first click on "Find Issues" to go to the Issue Navigator you have to click on "Manage" to get to a list of your saved filters.

Presumably one common use case is to go to the Issue Navigator and use one of your existing filters but to do this you need to click several times.

I think it would be an improvement if your saved filters were shown on the first screen when you initially go to the Issue Navigator
