Issues entered by several persons from the same company should be mutually visible

      A colleague of mine (david.wery) has entered support issues in your Jira and I entered others. I can't see the issues he entered and he can't even add me as a watcher, so I can't follow, comment or do anything with the issues he mentionned. Too restrictive access rights?
