• Collapse Toggle: Add a native "collapse" or "minimize" button to the AI Suggestions panel so users can hide it when not in use.

• Z-Index Adjustment: Ensure that the global navigation and overflow menus (⋯) always have a higher z-index than the AI Suggestions panel.

• Repositioning: Allow the panel to be moved or ensure it dynamically shifts when a menu is opened in its vicinity.

Impact
This would significantly improve the experience for agents using Atlassian Intelligence features by ensuring that AI assistance does not interfere with core ticket management actions.
