Issue Summary

Inline work creation on the board fails with "Fill out any required fields. We may need to check your permissions to create this work item" error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Mark a field as required in the field configuration
2. Set a default value for the field
3. Use the inline create option on the Board to create a work item

Expected Results

The work item should be created

Actual Results

Global Issue Create opens with the error "Fill out any required fields. We may need to check your permissions to create this work item". But if you proceed to click 'Create', the item is created successfully because of the default values.

Workaround

Remove the fields from being required on the field configuration.
