Issue Summary

Inline work creation on the board fails with "Fill out any required fields. We may need to check your permissions to create this work item" error

Steps to Reproduce

There are multiple ways to reproduce this error.

1. Mark a field as required in the Field configuration
2. Remove the field from the Create screen associated with the project item
3. Use the inline create option on the Board to create a work item

Expected Results

The work item should be created

Actual Results

The Create modal pops up with the following error

Fill out any required fields. We may need to check your permissions to create this work item

If you ignore the error message and click on the Create button, the work item gets created.

Workaround

1. Create a copy of the field configuration and associate it with the work type.
2. Uncheck the required fields if they are not necessary.
3. Use Global issue create screen
