Issue Summary

As a Jira admin, I want to be able to add custom guest groups to a Jira space so that all members of that group automatically receive guest space access, similar to how guest groups can be added to Confluence spaces.

Current Behavior

• Guests must be added individually to a Jira space via the Add People flow

• Custom groups assigned the Guest product access role cannot be used to grant space-level guest access

• Adding a custom guest group to the project People page with the "Guest - Collaborator" role results in a server error ("Something went wrong on our end" — Hash: 1JYK5RA) when users in that group attempt to access the project

Expected Behavior

• Admins should be able to add custom guest groups to a Jira space, and all members of that group should automatically receive guest space access

• This should mirror the Confluence experience where guest groups can be added to space permissions for bulk management

Workaround

• Guests must be added individually to a Jira space via the Add People flow in each project.
