In scope of the fix for bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-95841 ability to resize comment box was implemented. However, implementation is not user friendly:

• Only way to make older comments visible is to resize the comment box
• The setting is not saved. On page reload or opening new work item, comment will obscure the older comments.
• Users require to resize the comment box every time.

Suggestion to implement ability to either save previously resized comment box or make it floating.
