Issue Summary:

After the Connect app is migrated to Connect on Forge, the partner name is missing in Jira dashboard gadget

Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate a gadget app for Connect to Connect on Forge.
2. After the completion of the migration and once the Forge version is listed on Marketplace, install the app.
3. Create a dashboard
4. Search for the gadget app name from the right gadget menu.

Expected Results

The Partner name should appear below the gadget.

Actual Results

Empty results after "By".

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
