Issue Summary:

After the Connect app is migrated to Forge the partner name is missing in Jira dashboard gadget

Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate a gadget app for Connect to Forge.
2. After the completion of the migration and once the Forge version is listed on Marketplace, install the app.
3. Create a dashboard
4. Search for the gadget app name from the right gadget menu.

Expected Results

The Partner name should appear below the gadget.

Actual Results

The Developer's name appears.

Workaround

Change the app owner display name to match your vendor name by going to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility.

Optionally app ownership can be transferred, if the current app owner account doesn't wish to change their name.

1. Create a new Atlassian account => https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/create-an-atlassian-account
2. Name the Atlassian account to your vendor name
3. In the app console, add this account as a contributor
4. Transfer the app ownership to this account
