Issue Summary

Attachment previews are sometimes unavailable for work items created via automation rule.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an automation rule that creates a work item that copies the attachment and description fields from the trigger work item. A sample screenshot is shown below:

2. Run the rule to create a new work item.

Expected Results

Work item created with attachment successfully previewed in the Description field.

Actual Results

Attachment previews are unavailable in the newly created work item.

From the browser devtools, the following error appears when accessing the work item.

Status Code: 400 Bad Request

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
