Changing the assignee from the Backlog, only shows “Unassigned” and “Assign to me” instead of loading the full list of users, if a work item open in side panel

      Issue Summary

      In Backlog view, if we select the Jira work item, it opens the work item in the right side panel, now if we click on "Assignee" field for any Jira work item in the Backlog view and try to change the assignee, it does not load lis of users in the dropdown, except for "Unassigned" & "Assign to Me" options.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Backlog.
      2. Click on a Jira work item so that it opens the work item in the right side panel. 
      3. Now, click on the "Assignee" field for any Jira work item in the Backlog view and try to change the assignee. 

      Expected Results

      The user should see a list of all available users in the dropdown of the Assignee Field in the Backlog View. 

      Actual Results

      It does not load the list of users in the Assignee field dropdown in the Backlog View, if a Jira Work item is already opened in the left panel, except for "Unassigned" & "Assign to Me" options.

      Workaround

      To click the ticket, open it in left panel and use the "Assignee" field in the left panel to assign it to other users.
