Add ability to configure organization-level opt-out for in-product promotions for all current and future sites

      Hi everyone,

      We currently have an internal tool that facilitates site-level opt outs for most promotional messaging in product. Please contact your support to opt out your sites.

      Org-level opt outs are in progress, and we expect to enable this later in 2026. Again, this will be a capability for our support team for the time being. We will share an update on this ticket when org-level opt outs are ready.

      Summary

      Provide organization-level controls to disable Atlassian in-product promotional experiences across all current and future sites, without needing to contact support per site.

      Workaround

      Current workaround is to: Open a support ticket each time we create a new site, requesting the same opt-out configuration to be applied.
