Issue Summary

The All Work list view, with the "Show Hierarchy" option enabled, doesn't display items that have parents on other projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Work Item on project A
2. Add a parent on item from 1, from project B
3. Navigate to All Work on project A
   1. Ensure Show Hierarchy is enabled

Expected Results

Item created on 1. should be listed.

Actual Results

The item created in step 1 is hidden.

Workaround

• Disable "Show Hierarchy" option
  or
• Use the Detail View instead
